- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Nutrition consultation, diet assessment and personalized nutritional guidance- packages are available personal training rates: $40 per 30 minute session per individual $50 per 60 minute session for individuals, $55 for couples for 30 minute session, yoga $80/session- for one person, $80/session for two people, health and wellness coaching $100 per session We offer yoga, dance and fitness class. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to have an intro session which consists of a fitness (mostly) and nutrition analysis(after obtaining information from the customer) to best determine a strategy for success. For health and wellness coaching I consult with potential clients over the phone or in person to assess client goals, client commitment to the process and to begin to make a plan to achieve those goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am an AFPA Certified Nutrition Consultant Master Leve, a holistic health coach, and a Health and Wellness coach a Registered Yoga Teacher and a Certified Professional Coach (Philly Life Coach). I am also a NASM certified personal trainer, first aid certified, CPR/AED certified, CIZE Live certified(inactive), a NASM Fitness Nutrition specialist, NASM Cardio Performance specialist, NASM Performance Enhancement Specialist, and an ACE Group Fitness certified and Mind Body specialist. I am a RYT 200 yoga teacher, and I lead a classes at Crunch Fitness, and other classes and privates throughout Philadelphia as well as my own studio. I am a certified UrbanKick instructor. I am also a Tai Chi Easy Practice Leader. In addition, I am a retired cancer researcher with a PhD in biochemistry/biophysics.
