Introduction: I work with people who have struggled with stress, anxiety, chronic pain, loss of direction in life, and depression. Mindful listening, an open heart, patience, attention to values and sensitivity to human suffering are qualities that I bring to our encounters. I am an experienced meditation instructor.

My goal is to help clients solve problems, find relief from suffering and meet their personal goals by providing respectful and compassionate therapy. I emphasize a values-based approach to behavior change. Each client learns a variety of mindfulness-based strategies customized to his or her individual situation and how to apply them in difficult situations.
