Chef Faith was amazing! She was the fastest to respond out of all the people we contacted. She was very detailed in the menus she provided, she made wonderful suggestions, and she was very flexible with responding to our particular needs. She was also very respectful of us by keeping within our budget constraints. Both my husband and I, as well as several of our wedding guests commented on how delicious the food was. It was clear that “love” was the main ingredient in each of the dishes she prepared! There wasnt anything I didnt like about La Bonne Cuisine! The food was beautiful, innovative, and yummy! The staff, were absolute professionals from start to finish! We enjoyed our Private Chef expirence for our annual holiday party so much we referred her to our corporate employer, where she went on to further delight. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?The first step after the client contacts me is for us to set up an initial phone call to discuss your needs. Next, I send a food survey. After these two steps are complete, we work on & deliver an individualized list of menu options for you & your guests based on the information we’ve gleaned thus far. Our client then picks their selections which are priced a la carte. We then send a final confirmation with total price and discount plus any service staff rates. The final menu is a menu that no one else has had as it is custom made for each guest. The best part...enjoy!!!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?French, Italian, European, Asian & Latin American trained chefs. 5 star hotel & restaurant experience.
