An amazing experience - each time!!! Jason has done 5 different sit-down, plated meals for me and 9 of my friends. Each one is an event to be remembered! His personal attention to my needs and wants was greatly appreciated. We sat down together and discussed menu ideas - but the finished product was far beyond what I had imagined. I'm a foodie and VERY interested in unique meals... Jason never ceases to amaze and impress me with his creativity, expertise, and exceptional service! My friends and I are looking forward to our next meal with him!

Once upon a Palate provided the most amazingly delicious birthday dinner a girl could ever wish for. The food was beautifully prepared and presented and tasted absolutely phenomenal. Jason is a wonderful chef as well as a fun guy to have in your kitchen. I would highly recommend his services to anyone interested in having a delicious stress free meal.

Many thanks to Chef Jason for making this an outstanding and memorable evening! Every detail was attended to with the utmost attention. The menu was phenomenal - the preparation exquisite. The server he chose was wonderful and Chef Jason came into the dining room and explained each course as it was being served. My guests were absolutely awed.
