- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on an hourly training session. You can sign up for 1 day. 2 days or 3 days a week. There is a discount if you purchase a package in advance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with them and discuss what their health fitness goals are. Take photos, measurements and weight, if weight loss and toning are your goal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Juniata College with a degree in business. I then proceeded to get group exercise certified through American Fitness Association of America. Personal Training Certified through American Council on Exercise. I also, have a weight room certification through AFAA, Senior Fitness Certification through A.C.E., Pilates certified through AAAI. TRX functional training level 1 instructor.
