Yoga and Reiki With Meryl

Introduction: I provide personal or group instruction teaching yoga. All levels beginners as well as seasoned.My style is a mixture of vinyasa/classical. A soft or vigorous workout followed by a guided meditation I also practice the art of Reiki which is calming and healing energy work, moving that energy through "chakras" ( your energy centers). Helping release stress, pain,.ending in peaceful state of balance. I also have many years being a life coach to people of all ages. Helping others through challenges by guiding them to make good choices, changes or decisions, as well as just listening and providing support. I have worked with many through the Lehigh Valley -- MMA fighters, boxers, moms, teachers and teenagers. I volunteer my services to those incarcerated
