I found this company for my son- the problem isn't entirely resolved, so I'm a little concerned. However, my son has indicated they we're professional. Also my appointment was for 2:00, I even received a text message confirmation. He came at 12:45 insisted he was scheduled for that time. It was inconvenient they were early but I would have been highly irate if it were missed for his coming earlier than scheduled. Honestly not sure if I would use them again.Aug 1, 2018Verified

Hired them because of the price but do not like their warranty policy where they decide if you qualify or not for it based if they determine you properly prepped the home. I think that's bullshit. When I used Orkin and other pest control businesses they never used such shady practice. For bedbugs we can not prepare for the tenants and there are items that can not be treated and it is up to them to prepare otherwise we could not do the proper treatment. We can work with you and I can reinstate the guarantee but the main goal is to have the tenants get ready. All Successful bed bug programs depend on it. If it was for another type of pest it would not be such a big issue. Let's work together to make sure we can motivate the tenants. We don't mind helping everyone get on the same page. I had Akita out to my house twice to treat for fleas. Both technicians were very professional and attentive to my details about where I thought the infestation might be. I chose to have them come back the second time; one - because I was still seeing flea dirt on my cats, and two - because I wanted their 30 day guarantee. - How did you get started doing this type of work?My father did it for 35 years. I learned from him when I was 17 years old back in NYC in 1986.

We have clean out some of the largest facilities in central PA and fixed problems that other could not solve while saving the customer money. We treat for bedbugs, ants, mice, spiders, roaches, rats, termites, ticks, fleas and wasps or hornets.
