Sheri arrived on time with all materials...She did a great job of deep cleaning... Windows included..I am recovering from heart surgery and she even took my sheets out of the dryer and made my bed....

Scheduled for 9am. Called her at 9:30 to see where she was. She had no recollection of our appointment but then apologized and said she'd be right over. Came at 10 and cleaned until 11:30. Said another girl (who she fired a few days earlier) would be there at 1 but if she didn't show, Sheri would come back at 3. At 1:15 I called Sheri, leaving a message to say that she didn't show. Called Sheri again at 3:15 because she didn't return at 3 as promised. She returned my phone call at 3:50 saying she was on her way. She never showed up. I paid $40 so that she could "deep clean" my house to be put on market for an hour while I cleaned it for 4 hours.

We do not have a flat rate. That would not be fair to you, the customer. We charge by the size of the home. We offer a free estimate. We are happy to come to your home and go over all of our details and assess your home giving you the exact rate. We can then set up an appointment to get your home cleaned.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
This job is not easy. It's not always easy to appease to every client. If you see a problem, something missed....please let us know. I am always happy to fix it.
