- What types of customers have you worked with?
Our all consumer staff conducts face-to-face, peer-to-peer surveys of recipients of mental health services to gauge their level of satisfaction with the services being received. We then compile all of the data and present that to the provider with suggestions so that the provider can ensure they are providing the best services possible. We also conduct trainings on Recovery in Mental Health. The recovery philosphy is uplifting and empowering to the individual. It evens the playing field and makes everyone an equal partner in the individuals recovery. We offer a series of trainings to help consumers, family members and providers to learn and enact Recovery Principles in their daily lives.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do your research and find out what you are getting. Remember, value equals what you receive for how much you pay. The cheapest service isn't always the best value.
