- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I accept many insurances. In cases where I do not, I work out a payment arrangement with the individual/family.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A referral is the first step - gathering general information to determine if our services are what are required. If so, then an initial evaluation is convicted. When necessary, further appointments will occur to administer appropriate testing as well as to review results with the individual/family.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with years of training and experience in the general mental health field as well as more specifically with Autism and Intellectual Disabilities.
