- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It's only as complicated as the client chooses to make it. I am flexible in working out individual client budgets.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listening to what my client tells me about the design project they have in mind is the most important step. Talking about what they like and colors that they favor helps me determine how we will proceed with the project. From there, visual ideas can come together, and be presented to my client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
CID certification. Continuing educational workshops and design trainings whenever available. .
