Ive met with various trainers in gyms before and I have to say Phils approach is unique. All the others would just take body fat and thats it. Phil had me do this thing called over head squat assessment. He was able to tell me which muscles were not working right and which one in just a few minutes. His meal plan was very comprehensive as was his entire assessment. His program was also unique. Most other trainers are about lift heavier and heavier.. he had me develop balance, core strength and flexibility and he also layed out a gameplay for me which no-one else did! Highly recommend Well worth the money if you are serious about changing your life!

I have worked with Andre for about a month now. In the short period of time I've worked with him, I'm already seeing amazing results. Andre is professional, personable, and a pleasure to work with. He knows when to encourage and when to push, though never too much. I've benefited greatly from his extensive knowledge in exercise and nutrition. Having worked with other personal trainers, I can say that Andre is one of the best. Whatever your goal, he'll lead you every step of the way. Highest recommendation.

Gian is a great trainer. He is able to custom tailor a workout plan for every client based on specific goals, concerns, and abilities. His focus on technique really puts you at ease that you will never be pushed to compete an excessive that is unsafe. We just finished 10 weeks of training together and because of the results Gian was able to help me achieve I have extended for an entire year. Gian is personable and professional and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a personal trainer.

I've worked with many trainers over the years and Mike is simply the best. I've been coming to him for several years and he has seen me though several injuries including a bad knee sprain. I have my full range of motion back and have been able to keep exercising without doing more damage. Mike is very knowledgeable and keeps me moving and motivated!

Chris has been training me for over a year now and the transformation is remarkable. As a former athlete and now new mom I was having trouble getting my body back to the pre-baby shape I was used to being in. Chris's approach was wonderful in that we talked about where I wanted togged to, what i was willing to do (frequency and nutrition) and he really customized his approach based on my individual wants, concerns, and body type. Most trainers feel like they have 1 or 2 methods they apply to everyone but for me i liked the personal approach Chris has had with me. I highly recommend Chris and PTbyCV! .... results: so far i am down 30lbs in 8 months but whats better than the number on the scale is how in shape and energized I feel. You can't put a price on results!

Musa is a great trainer. The workouts are always varied and kept interesting. There is no time for muscle memory so the results have been amazing. Musa is great to work with and flexible which was a huge factor in fitting work outs in my varied, busy schedule. There is no doubt that I achieved results with his approach. I have been working with Jacque for over a year. I have worked with many other trainers over many years but she is definitely the best ever. She knows her anatomy and physiology as thoroughly as anyone could. Consequently she has been able to quickly solve any problem I ever had since she has such a complete understanding of what’s going on. She has always designed sessions which strenghtened my physical weaknesses without ever causing harm. She always said that what came first for her is safety. She often refuses to allow me to add weights or push myself past levels she thought I wasn’t ready for. Invariably she is right. And sessions are always fun and well balanced. It’s been so exciting to watch my strength and levels of fitness grow beyond my expectations—particularly at my age (75) She is excellent with clients who are reasonably fit and strong—but also with the way out of shape people who need rehabilitation on a large scale. I believe that her knowledge of physiology, understanding of how to safely achieve maximal progress coupled w. Her personal skills make her an exceptionally fine trainer. I feel lucky to have found her.

I worked out with Dave Stetler for about 5 yrs. I suffer from serious neck & lower back osteoarthritis; hiring Dave as my personal trainer was my way of trying to stay active. He developed programs to challenge me yet remained aware of my limitations. Sessions were varied, never boring. He makes exercising fun!

Jon is a great motivational and knowledgeable trainer. He has in depth knowledge of kinesiology that gives him a real edge over other trainers. He knows exactly which exercises focus on which muscle groups and how much a particular muscle group can be pushed for each individual to avoid injury. In my experiences with Jon he has always been a focused professional while still building a personal relationship with me that has been motivational and encouraging. He has also given me some excellent nutritional tips. I would recommend Jon to anyone looking to get serious about an effective training program.
