Swedish massage (standard),
Hot stone massage,
I started seeing Lisa about a year ago. I am a ballroom, latin, swing dancer and was finding the pain after dancing was interfering with my desire to dance. WOW Lisa found all the places where I hold old pain and released them, My hips move better than they did in my 30s.( I'm 67 now) She provides a lovely, calm, space that is sooooo relaxing. For myofacial release, you leave some clothes on (for those of us who feel more comfortable with this approach) I also had a regular relaxing massage Lisa has a GREAT touch as gentle or deep as you prefer. GIVE HER A TRY.Nov 16, 2014
Lisa introduced me to the myofascial release bodywork and it is absolutely amazing! I have had horrible knees for much of my running career and I can think of no greater massage therapist than Lisa to help keep my legs in top running condition.Apr 3, 2014
Lisa has been my massage therapist for about 4 years. During that time I have experienced the various modalities with which she is familiar. The modality that has helped me the most is her experience with myofacial release (MFR). Due to her expertise I now again have better use of my knees. She has removed the pain I experienced and for the first time in years I can now squat unassisted. Without a doubt her skills can directly be attributed to my well being. She has the best set of hands I have ever had work on me.Apr 3, 2014
By far the best investment I have ever made! I have been a client of Lisas for just over two years, and see her at least once every two to three weeks. While it benefits my past injuries it has strengthened in preventing illness by getting to know my body better. Lisa has helped elevate many of my anxieties and stresses along with enhancing my overall sense of emotional and physical well-being. I see Lisa for a variety of conditions which she has performed, but not limited to, Hot Stone and Swedish Massage, Myofacial Therapy, and at times includes aromatherapy. By building a relationship with Lisa I trust I will leave relieved which increases my awareness to my body. Recently I had an AC Joint surgery performed due to arthritis and had Myofacial performed on that area which has improved the circulation and mobility in my joint.Apr 3, 2014

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? Most of the modalities I perform are $60.00 for a sixty minute session. Hot stone is $75.00 and the add-ons, foot scrub with hot towels, aromatherapy scalp massage and mini-reiki sessions are additional.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Client completse an intake form. If possible, I email it to them before they arrive so they can either print, complete and bring it with them, or scan it back to me via email. Once they arrive, we spend time discussing what brings them in, what their goals are for the massage that day and for the future.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Continuing education is required for all Licensed Massage Therapists in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Every 2 years we are required to take 24 continuing education credits. It helps a therapist to obtain new skills and fresh ideas that can be used to help people.
