Chef Tony cooked us the most DELICIOUS top quality - fresh - dinner ever. Over a month later, my family is still raving about how tasty my birthday dinner was that Chef Tony cooked us. My birthday dinner menu included: -Rustic flat bread pizza with roasted eggplant, sundried tomatoes, arugula, manchego cheese with balsamic paint (the flatbread was perfectly crispy and the flavors came together amazing) -Mexican seafood ceviche (marinated sea bass scallops with avocado salad and lime crispy tortilla chips) I don't eat fish but the rest of my family devoured it and even I tried some and really enjoyed it!! It looked so light, tasty and refreshing that I couldn't help it! -French bree strawberries with toasted almonds in greek film cups (the bree and strawberry together was the perfect balance and broke up the courses perfectly) -Mini maryland crab cakes over granny smith apple cole slaw (everyone in my family went back for seconds and my brothers had 3 each! to the point where I had to stop them so they wouldn't be too full for the next courses. The slaw was soooooooooooooo tasty, I wish I knew how to make that as the perfect side-dish) -Spanish style Arroz con pollo (tomato rice chicken and chorizo) WORDS CAN NOT EXPRESS HOW GOOD THIS TASTED!! We literally could not stop eating it. This was legit real deal spanish arroz con pollo and better than I have eaten at any of the tons of spanish restaurants I have visited) -Cuban spiced grilled pork tenderloin with a pickled ginger mango slaw on a flour tortilla (once again the slaw was made completely different and incredibly flavorful and refreshing. It was the perfect topping for the soft tortilla tacos and the pork was very tasty and tender) -Argentinian steak (grilled latin filet mignon) with roasted red pepper saffron sauce served with whipped sweet potatoes sand grilled asparagus (by this point we were all incredibly full but HAD HAD HAD to eat this because that is how good it was. What an amazing way to end the dinner courses. The filet mignon did not need a knife at all and literally melted in my mouth. I WISH I watched Chef Tony make the sweet potatoes - they were the best I have ever eaten and I am huge food as well as my family. It had the perfect balance of sweet to it and I still am craving sweet potatoes made just like that! The asparagus was a perfect vegetable to go with it along with the home-made gravy he drizzled over the plate) -For dessert we had creme brûlée, italian cheese cake, flourless chocolate cake and warm chocolate chip cookies... For creme brûlée (one of my favorite desserts) Chef Tony even let us cook the top with the fire ourselves! Just typing this menu all over again makes me hungry thinking about the 5 star restaurant quality food Chef Tony made us. Everyone including myself literally loved every single food he served us. I can't express enough how much my family and I enjoyed having Chef Tony cook for us at home. I must have used the word flavorful 100x in this review, but that is literally the only way to explain it. Usually we go out for the family birthdays for all of the siblings, but this was just such a fun new twist that now everyone in my family wants to do this again with Chef Tony! Especially my brother who hates eating out, but the rest of the family always wants to eat out because sometimes it is nice to not have to cook...and now we have the perfect balance by getting a private chef for us like Chef Tony instead. This was the first time I ever hired a private chef and Chef Tony by far exceeded my expectations. He was also incredibly easy to work with on the menu. I can be a bit indecisive at times and I changed things about 3 times and Chef Tony was super easygoing about it and sent me back a new menu each time catering to exactly what I asked for. Since I hired him a week and a half before my birthday, he was very patient with me considering. He faceted with my sister to see her kitchen and go over everything we may or may not need. Oh, did I also mention he brought adorable blue blue linen napkins and made a printed menu with name on heading for every single person in my family eating, which was such a sweet and unique gesture on his end. He was also very friendly at my sister's house and was enjoyable to be around. I will 10000% be calling Chef Tony again and I have already told so many of my friends about him. TRUST ME WHEN I SAY - IT IS WORTH IT! Especially now that winter is coming, who wants to get dressed up and go out in freezing weather when you can hang out in the comfort of your home for quality time with family and friends, put the kids to bed without having to hire a babysitter, have some drinks, play games and get served 5 star quality restaurant food (if not better) ?!?! I am so happy I discovered Chef Tony and I look forward to definitely working again with him in the future. Also Chef Tony is a professional sommelier, but since we were drinking mixed drinks we didn't get the wine pairing included. I read very positive reviews about Chef Tony's wine pairing and my family and I very much look forward to trying that out eventually with Chef Tony. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU Chef Tony for giving me one of those most memorable birthday dinners ever, you truly impressed my family, fiancé's family & myself to the point where like I said, everyone still brings you and your cooking up. Matt and his wife Liz catered and served for a retirement party that I put together. The food was excellent. It was also great to know that I could enjoy the party without having to worry about set up, food preparation, and clean up.
This was a dream! First of all she had to book everything with me while I was living overseas and had limited communication. I chose what I like from her menu and she gave me amazing recommendations for what usually works for the type of group I had. Without being able to communicate with me while I was traveling at the last minute, she was able to go and set up with barely any assistance. The set up was beautiful, and the food looked so good. Everything was organized and looked so fresh. When we started eating we were blown away at how amazing it tasted. The amount of food was perfect, and the bride-to-be's husband even heated up the leftovers up the next day and was blown away at how good it was. I really don't know if there could have been a better experience. Everybody at the party wanted to know exactly where I got the food from. It has been three days and people are still writing to me to ask me about the caterer and tell me how amazing the food was. The fact that this company was able to work so well with me not even living in the states was a miracle. The payment options were so convenient and I could place my full trust in her. I will definitely be sharing this name and if I make it back to the states this would be my go-to Philadelphia caterer.
We booked Feast Cateres for my son's High School Grauation Party. I would first like to comment on Chef Anton's superior professionalism. He was very easy to talk to when planning our menu and answered all our questions. We had originally thought that we would have 90 people, but wound up having 124 RSVP. We were able to give Anton 2 weeks notice for the head count and Chef Anton had no problem accommodating the the increase of guests. The day of the event there were terrible storms and flash flooding. Anton did better then show up on time. He came a little early, which really put our minds at ease. Now, lets talk Food... All we can say is WOW! We got raves from all our guests. Everyone adored the fresh Brochetta, Chicken Parmesan, and the Penne in vodka sauce, However, the two big BIG hits of the night were the Pulled Pork Italiano and the Asian Dumplings. I generally shy away from pulled pork because it can get a little boring either in pork gravy or in a way too sweet BBQ sauce. Anton prepared the pulled pork with fresh Italian herbs and spices and it was moist and positively delectable. In fact, we took the left over pork to our church for a second Graduation Party on Sunday and it got raves from the 2nd crowd, too! The Asian dumpling with fresh ginger sauce were the real show stopper. My husband won't even order steamed dumplings in a Chinese restaurant, but could not stop eating Anton's home made dumplings. After both parties we had several requests for business cards and gave out a stack to many of our family and friends, so it goes without saying that we would definitely highly recommend Feast Caterers to anyone planning their next event. Kim was wonderful to work with. To say she was flexible is an understatement. She was so accommodating and willing to go the extra mile to make your event exactly the way you want it. Grill Chef Chaz was a wonderful grill chef who grilled for three & 1/2 hrs straight keeping the food flowing smoothly with no bottlenecking. He was so personable and a pleasure to have at the party. My guests were so pleased they asked for the caterers card. I whole heatedly recommend they're services!
Chef Greg and his team did an excellent job setting up and catering yummy foods at my wedding. Greg is very passionate in cooking... you will know it after you try his food. All my guests are still raving about the foods served that day especially the fish, braised beef polenta, and oxtail. The foods were not only delicious but also, illustrated remarkable artistic culinary skills. Stephanie was great in handling all the logistic parts, love the decor and end-result of the wedding venue. It was simply beautiful and elegant. Thank you for making my wedding day extra special!
Our experience with Harvest Specialty Catering and Jason was all that I could ask for. We chose this company for our daughter's barn wedding. Initially, Jason was willing to work with us for a limited portion of our event, something many caterers are NOT willing to do. After time (and a taste testing!) we opted to use him for all but dessert (we had a friend doing the cake.) We so appreciated his flexibility and willingness to work with us. He accommodated us and our changing needs at all points of our journey, even in the midst of his own challenges with equipment issues. We never knew about his difficulties until later, and not from Jason but the venue staff, as he and his crew pulled off a wonderful dinner. Our wedding guests were very complimentary of the food. On every level, we were thrilled with our choice. I would highly recommend this company for your event, whatever it may be.
We had a tasting today, with Sodiah and Jim, the chef...and hired them on the spot! Not only is the food delicious and fresh, but Sodiah and Jim were delightful to be with! They took so much time to talk with us and work within our budget-- there's no " package deal" or set menus, as we have experienced interviewing other caterers. You tell them what your budget is, and they are so helpful and wonderful...we feel so blessed! Our daughter's wedding is in June, and we so look forward to not only a lovely, succulent meal-- we are excited to be with them! FIVE STAR NOW, AND I'M SURE IT WILL END UP A FIVE+ STAR ON JUNE 18th! We highly recommend this catering team....AWESOME.

I hired F.E.A.S.T. to provide catering for a Philly Tech Week event. We went with an appetizer medley, and everything was delicious. I was pleasantly surprised by how good the roasted vegetable tray was. Jay was on time, got everything set up in an orderly fashion while I was running around dealing with other things, and was easy to work with on ordering/scheduling. Thanks Jay!

Enjoi catered a party of 30 folks for me and food was amazing! Enjoi is very self contained, left no mess, and is professional but personal. I will definitely use Enjoi's Catering service again!
Elite Flavors Catering did an awesome job catering our wedding! He was more than accommodating when it came to the needs of our guest. Chef John always responded with urgency and was very professional. We had a very hard time finding someone who would work with our budget but we found Chef John and his team and they had no problem doing everything we needed. Our guests really really loved the food. The BBQ Pork Sliders were a big hit! I want to thank Elite Flavors Catering for being apart of our special day and making it even greater for us !

We used party tenders March 2 for our office party here in Flemington NJ. We ordered Italian food trays , one of them was a vegetarian option, and had brownies with cannolis for the desert.
