Derek is a true professional. He showed up and did great work on our home when we had a leak coming in from around our balcony. I would highly recommend him for any job you have weather it be residential or commercial!

I cannot say enough positive remarks for the work that Derek did at my home. I needed flashing put around a dormer and replaced around my chimney. He was extremely responsive to any questions via a phone call at any hour. He found that the chimney needed more repair than initially thought and brought it to my attention so the work was done correctly and would last and was fair about the added expense that it would entail. The finished work is done to perfection and, most importantly, I do not have water coming INTO my closet anymore!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is priced differently. Every job is unique, and therefore requires individualized attention and pricing. Anyone can be cheap, but I haven’t met a homeowner yet that wanted crap work going up on their house. Doing a job as cheap as possible sounds good on paper but it doesn’t always signify high quality of work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Nothing special. I treat people how I want to be treated, with dignity and respect.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Three years of Votech school for building construction. Years of experience roofing and building houses.
