- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My services start at $150. We are a professional company and thus provide professional services which come at a cost. We would love to save you as much as possible, but we also have bills to pay. Sometimes repairs can be expensive, but Perrone Technologies backs up their service with a 7-day warranty on software, and a 30-day warranty on labor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The normal process involves an explanation of the problem along with the model of the computer. Usually I can quote based off what the customer explains to me. In other cases I allow the customer to bring the machine to me and I can do a free diagnosis.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I study and stay in the industry, looking up tech news and such all the time. This industry is constantly evolving.
