What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All jobs need to be looked at
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well either the customer calls me or they message me through thumbtack. Then we will agree on a time to meet at there property. Then we walk around their property and they will discuss their want or need. Depending on there needs. I can give a rough estimate on the job. If the job the job needs extensive planning I may have to come back and submit the estimate within a couple of days.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 15 years experience in landscaping soft scaping hardscaping design I also have 14 years experience in All Phases of tree work I've worked for companies like Jaflo Tree co. Pennline Tree co, and asplundh tree expert company doing power line maintenance for PPL power line company
