We had an amazing experience with chef Mike Hall of Muse. We recently hired Mike to cook for a dinner party at our home. We wanted it to be a special 5 course dinner with wine pairings focused on Italian cuisine and it turned out fabulous. Mike worked on devising a phenomenal menu that truly was delicious. Each course was cooked to perfection and really had our guests raving. Our guests were so impressed that they took photos of each course as the presentation on the plate was also so well done. We wanted this to be a very special experience for our guests and we were not dissapointed. He was able to accomadate each of my requests (bringing a server, printing menus, suggesting wine pairings, bringing dinnerware/flatware) and was very client focused and a pleasure to work with. We will certainly work with Mike again!

Chef Mike was amazing! His food was flawless and every meal was more delicious than the next. He was able to accommodate some of our dietary restrictions, provide fresh foods and deliver maximum flavor with every bite. It was decadent. My friends and I felt like queens for a weekend. We will be recommending Mike to our friends and family.

Chef has just left our house and we haven't stopped talking about what a wonderful night it was! He was fun and engaging and he made us a dang great dinner! The lesson participation can be as much or as little as you are comfortable with. He worked so hard on creating the right menu for us and he delivered. I would recommend him to anyone looking for an awesome experience and a night to remember!
