Lenny and his team were more than we ever could have hoped for in an event photographer. The professionalism, friendliness, and overall drive for client satisfaction was incredible. Lenny and his team arrived early to make sure they knew the program. They truly managed to capture all the most important moments of the day without ever being in the way. I had the photos sent to me all within 48 hours, and they were some of the most beautiful shots I've seen from one of our events. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We offer very high quality products across all of our offerings at a very competitive price. We don't have a 5 star rating by mistake, we work hard at producing the highest quality products wether you rent a photo booth from us or hire us for your wedding photography you get the same high level of customer service and quality.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Customers let me know they are interested in my services and contact me through Thumbtack or through my business e-mail. I get all the details written down in a contract so all the details are clear before we do any work. My clients appreciate the level of detail that goes into preparing for an event. I am a very easy person to work with as well, I listen to my clients and make customer service our top priority.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am constantly learning every time I pick up a camera. I appreciate working with others in my field. I am constantly reading and watching videos to keep up with the industry trends.
