Scott helped out my husband and I by serving as our wedding videographer. We were married at the Rockford Plantation this past christmas. Our wedding was a mid-morning ceremony followed by a lunch reception. Scott and his partner, Doug, were there with us as we got ready early in the morning through till the end of the reception! Scott is incredibley kind, patient and talented! He met with us prior to the wedding to discuss the details that each of us was hoping for in a wedding video. He offered several wonderful suggestions about what he thought would appeal to our tastes, our relationships' story and the theme of the wedding. Each of his ideas beautifully complemented us and the holiday theme that we were focusing on for our wedding! Scott was at the venue with us the day before during the rehearsal to prepare himself for the next day. He was kind enough to accompany me to the salon, very early the morning of the wedding! I'm sure all weddings have their own chaos but our seemed to have a lot! Scott rolled with every minute of it, even offering encouragement when things didn't quite go according to plan. He was even kind enough to take some photos for us after our photographer had left for the day! The feature he created for us was outstanding! We are so pleased to have such a beautiful representation of our wedding that we can share with our family in the future. He did an amazing job and was very timely about it as well. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our pricing is based on time - both coverage and editing. This allows us to fit into smaller budgets and still create something unique. There is a charge for hours of coverage/production as well as a charge for each type of video we do based on the amount of time needed to edit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We believe businesses succeed by connecting with customers on a personal level, which is why we like to get to know our customers and their businesses before we move forward. Once we decide on the message, we determine the length and concept of the video, which is how we arrive at a cost. We're very flexible, so we can be creative with designing a concept that fits a budget. From then on, our project managers take care of the rest - casting, preproduction, scheduling and subcontracting. We produce and shoot the project as we worked it out with the customer, send it to our editing team and deliver the video on a negotiated deadline. We're also open to making changes or tweaks based on the customer's requests.
