Read reviews that mention:
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is typically all inclusive, meaning we don't charge by the hour but rather by the scope of the project and what's involved with it, based on our experience and industry knowledge. We do offer a 10% discount (up to $500) for veterans and first responders (with proper verification).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If you have a project you're considering, reach out to us! From there we will ask you a few questions to get an idea of what's important to you and what your goals are with this project, as well as answer some questions that relate to the project (age of the home, location and accessibility, size of your current electrical service, etc.) We may even ask you to send us a few pictures to help get an idea of some details specific to your project. From there we will work on an estimate, scope of work, and agreement and send them over to you for approval, as well as scheduling to start your project! We even have a few quality general contractors we work with if your project involves a little more than just electrical, so we can be a one stop shop to make the process as easy and streamlined for you as possible!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to being a master licensed electrician, I completed a five year electrician apprenticeship that included over 8000 hours of on the job training and over 900 hours of classroom training. I am currently a CPR/First Aid instructor and also the Deputy Fire Chief at a local volunteer firehouse. I hold various certifications that relate to the electrical construction industry, including NFPA 70E "qualified person" certification, Aerial boom lift operator certification, and a 30 hour OSHA course certification.
