    I would like to thank Miranda catering for catering our son's graduation party. Mike and Trish were the only one who responded with interest in doing my event and worked with me all the way. We had a buffet style dinner. The food was delivered to the event on time and it was delicious. The menu was just right and enough to go around . I had excellent feedback from all our guests. We were a bit short on drinks ( because kids love to drink) but we made through it. Miranda Caterers work hard to make my event successful. They are awesome people and I would work with them again.

      • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
        As a small catering company, we are able to adjust our menu to fit your taste and budget. We specialize in helping our clients choose a menu that they'll love, using fresh, local ingredients when we can. We understand that everyone has a budget, and we will work with you to make sure that you get the best food at the best price.
      • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
        We do it different than most, we ask the customer to tell us their budget & then we work backwards from their to create a menu they want at a price they set for us! We never go over budget & will never get under bid!
      • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
        I’ve worked in the bar & restaurant business for over 32 years! Started at Chuck E Cheese when I was 16 The Olive Garden 10yrs- Bartender, Server, line, sautéed, & prep cook Server & Bartender training & opening team trainer for Elmira,NY.,Fairfax, Va.,Columbia, Md., Lancaster,Pa. Worked at House of Pasta,6yr Bartender Loxley’s-5yrs. Server Bartender Molly’s on Main Parma Pizza-4yrs- owner, everything- pizza maker, Sandwich & prep, counter help, delivery driver, etc... I’ve owned my trailers for the better part of 10 yrs. We’ve done catering for over 15 yrs in some form or another!
