Miranda’s catering did a fantastic job catering our event. It was a combination of my husband’s 50th birthday party and our wedding reception. The food was delicious and well presented. My husband commented it was perfect temperature, as many catered events the food gets cold before it is even served. There was not one negative report during the event, floods of complements including from the tavern’s staff. They loved working with Miranda’s. He left things as he found them! - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?As a small catering company, we are able to adjust our menu to fit your taste and budget. We specialize in helping our clients choose a menu that they'll love, using fresh, local ingredients when we can. We understand that everyone has a budget, and we will work with you to make sure that you get the best food at the best price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We do it a little different from most caterers. We created a questionnaire that focuses on our individual customers. After our customers have completed and returned the questionnaire to us, we look over it and create an individual mock menu with selections from varies categories ( ie; appetizers, entrees, sides, desserts and drinks ) based of our customers responses. Each category is tailored to our customers wants and needs. Once the mock menu is reviewed and returned back to us, we schedule an appointment for a free tasting. As we stated earlier we do it a little different here. When its time for your tasting, we bring it to you. That way you can enjoy the food in the comfort of your home without feeling pressured.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We have 30+ years experience in the food industry. From serving at several varieties of restaurants on various levels, to bartending, food prep, opening of businesses, catering and more.
