First Capital Property Management currently manages my first ever rental property. They were extremely helpful during the entire process. They filled in any knowledge gaps that existed, took care of finding the tenants, verified the quality of tenant to ensure only a quality tenant, supplied the lease, ensured it met the HOA's requirements for where the home is located and they take care of the ongoing management of the property. The fees are also competitive and very fair for all of the services they provide. They are always quick with their responses, openly communicate and are happy to answer any questions that you have throughout the process (believe me, I have asked many questions and often). I would recommend them to anyone looking to get into the rental property business or who are currently in the business and are looking for a better property management company. I will be continuing to use their services as I continue to invest in rental real estate and expand my portfolio.

I came to know about First Capitol Property Management in September 2016. The house I live in is very old and in need of many repairs. My manager Nicole has gone above and beyond to help with anything that might come up. Of all the management companies I've worked for over the years, this company is the most PROFESSIONAL and they really do care about their tenants. They gget back to you in a timely manner and they will do their best to help in any situation or answer any questions you might have. I would highly recommend tis management company to anyone.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing structure is based on a percentage of monthly rents. We always take into consideration the amount that the property owner needs to get for the property and evaluate the rental rate based on including our percentage fee as well. We will work hard to get the rent that you would like and the best tenant for your property.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will meet you at your property and walk through and answer all your questions from start to finish. We will then setup everything up to start marketing and showing your property. We typically can have a tenant in place within 30 days.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our property managers have extensive property management training certificates from PMI University and we hold Real Estate Sale Licenses in the State of Pennsylvania and Maryland.
