Tom, the owner, bid for the job of exterior painting and drafted a Proposal. After coming to an agreement, we agreed on a date to begin. The work was completed and it is a beautiful job. Tom and his right-hand-man, Chris were professional and personable!

Stucco repair & paint on exterior of home was completed. Work was professional and nicely done in estimated time. Some anticipated repairs could not be completed due to condition of original patch work. Workers arrived each day at 8AM. Landscaping suffered.

If you are looking for a professional, reliable, timely, and honest contractor, look no more! TAF is the one! Tom reached out to me here and asked questions to understand what projects I had in mind to set expectations. He was able to come by the house within a few days and arrived at the agreed time. We went over the project in detail and he gave me recommendations on how to approach certain parts of the project to save on costs. Within a day, Tom came back with a quote that fit my budget and clarified questions I had as well as setting up a payment plan and a timeline. During his time at the house, he always gave me a heads up as to when and how long he was going to be in the house so I can prep the house. Tom kept me posted on issues and sent photos to document the process. He and his team went above and beyond to put thought into the projects - showing they cared for the house as if it was their own. They worked on fixing blemishes/dents in the wall, painting and staining of my new stairs, and installed flooring in the entryway of the house - including a longer list of misc tasks. These guys did an amazing job and I highly recommend them to help you with your house!
