Handyman
So, I had some good conversations. Share some pícs on job. For one, very on time! Second, very quick. Good quality work at fair price. Done right first time. He is my new handyman for just about everything. Has a ton of experience and knowledge.

Water Heater Installation or Replacement
Brad installed my sons new front door as well as some lighting fixtures. His work was very well done and I couldn’t be happier with the job. I would highly recommend him for any handyman job.

Furniture Assembly
We are happy we hired Brad! He responded to all our messages promptly. He was punctual and arrived exactly on the day and time he promised. His prices are great compared to other quotes I was given. He and his assistant Joe were professional, attentive to details, and just above and beyond. We highly recommend Brad for your handyman projects!

TV Mounting
Brad arrived for our appointment to install a 65" TV over our fireplace. He performed the installation in short order and was very professional, and had the required tools. We would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone requiring a handyman, especially if they need a large TV placed over a fireplace.

Handyman
I was pleased with work performed. I had a couple of small tasks requiring power tools. Brad did the work as expected for a reasonable price.

FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I can promise fair and competitive pricing. I won't shortcut or compromise the integrity of my work to cut costs, but I also will not overcharge or intimidate a customer into engaging me to prepare unneeded services nor will I price gouge. I would not want this done to me and therefore, I will not do so to anyone else.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Ideally, I would like to set up an initial meeting via phone, Skype, in person, etc. This ensures comfort for both parties - the customer as well as myself. I would like to discuss the work the customer is looking for assistance with and explain how I can help. If we feel as though it is a good fit, I'm more than happy to provide an estimate via phone and/or come review the job to provide an estimate. We would come to a written agreement on fee and timing for the job. hopefully, the customer is satisfied with my work and leaves a great review
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I most recently was employed as an appliance installer for the past year.. prior to that, I spent 3 years as a master window and door installer. Before that, I worked as a general repair and maintenance employee for 10 years. Finally, prior to that, I worked in construction as a subcontracter. Throughout all those years, I was constantly performing work on my own house.
