• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  That I love what I do...I take pride in what I do. I also carry worker's compensation which does not say Roofing excluded. If a contractor even carries WC if doing your Roof make sure it doesn't say Roofing excluded. Plus I am THE FAIREST ROOFER IN THE AREA WHEN IT COMES TO PRICING. I am the owner but am present on every job and I will not lose a job over a few dollars.

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  I try to make them feel as comfortable with me as possible. I let them know I am present on all jobs. I DO NOT USE SUBCONTRACTORS. Everyone who works for me is either family or I have known and has worked for me for years. I also let them know that I am located at 2233 CHICHESTER AVENUE, MARCUS HOOK PA 19061 I am available to them at any time of the day or night and though I am busy I will make time for them and do everything in my power to make them happy. I also stand by my Guarantees and if there is ever a problem I will answer.
