Excellent customer service, from beginning to completion! Large projects or small, Aaron not only completes his work for you as quoted, he also explains the process as well in a way that the technically uninformed (like myself) can understand. From there - if you have any issues with any services or products he provided, Aaron/CET (Cyber Engine Technologies) is available to resolve those problems in a timely fashion to your complete satisfaction. Lastly, Aaron/CET pricing is a better value than ANY I've researched in the Harrisburg Metro Area. It's definitely worth your time to get the best efforts and effective secured computer services through Aaron/CET!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try and bundle as much as we can. We do not like to bill for each separate service. Our pricing scales are very competitive and you will find what you get for your price is much more than our competition has to offer. We are there long after the sale of a service or product. We are looking for life long business relationships and we will help you around every corner.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide a free one on one consultation and analyze and determine the potential clients needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our Consultants continue their education through quarterly classes in their chosen specialized area of IT.
