As a mother I wanted only the best for my daughter . After I signed her and myself for voice lessons Rossi Music Studio , I saw how she had come to believe in herself as a singer. Her singing voice is so beautiful and the teachers at Rossi Music Studio really did so much to help discover and realize just how beautiful and amazing her voice can be. They also helped me to sing a lot of my favorite songs on a level that I would have never thought possible .
I have been working with Dan for about three months. I am 54 and I have been singing in a Catholic Church choir for the past few years with no singing experience prior to that. Talk about starting from ground zero. But my wife has been singing for 20 plus years so it is "couple" time at choir. Dan is great to work with. He is going at my pace and is giving me excellent attention. I worry that I am too inexperience and not good enough to take lessons from Dan but that is far from my experience. Although I have far to go, I am very happy with my current progress and my wife says Dan is on target with the exercises he has me doing. They are similar to what she did years ago. I would highly recommend Dan for voice lessons. Jim from Forest Hills, Pittsburgh.
My first experience with Jen was nothing less than fantastic. She has a bubbly ersonality and I could tell that she loves teaching. We worked on scales and some musical theory and started rehearsing a song. She was both complimentary and when I didn't do a good enough job, she told me how to fix it. I am looking forward to my subsequent voice lessons with her!!
Evaluated, encouraged and engaged my daughter on her first lesson.
Excellent piano teacher for our four kids!
I have been taking guitar lessons at N'Stuff Music for 10 years. All three of my guitar teachers have been excellent and have guided my progress in the genres of rock and classical guitar. I also took voice lessons here for about a year. The learning experience and support of the knowledgeable store staff have been outstanding. If I had to start over again, this is where I would be.
My 14yo daughter has benefited from Kara's instruction in just few lessons. The vocal instruction goes beyond just the obvious mechanics of producing a good sound: Kara builds rapport well and is able to recognize, name, and help remedy bad habits or fears the student might have. Her explanations aren't lengthy, but she uses visualizations that are apt, and that stick and are applicable to other vocal pieces. My daughter loves working with Kara Cornell, and us as parents do occasionally - but not always - sit in on a lesson and enjoy the music.
Aaron has a great resume, I figured he'd be a great musician & would be great with high-level musicians. Our son has had zero formal private lessons and Aaron was GREAT with a beginner too. Looking forward to more lessons!
Two of my daughters have taken lessons at New Song Studio..One of my daughters has taken acting lessons and the other takes Voice and Piano. I cannot say enough good things about New Song Studio. Jean is a very patient and encouraging instructor. My daughters have learned a lot from her and gained confidence in the process. Highly recommend!
Between the high expectations Mrs. Noullet had and the patience she showed in training me, the results were phenominal. Gail had this 'magic formula' by combining her knowledge of singing and constant encouragement (which I really needed!). Before taking voice lessons, I would have never been able to get up in front of a group of people (terrifying) and sing. I could tell that she loves teaching and that made me want to be even better for her. I made chamber chior and also had a singing part as one of the orphans in Plum Senior High's "Annie". I would recommend Mrs. Noullet to any parent wanting to give their child voice lessons. Best teacher in the area.
I give Ian 5 stars simply for the adaptability in his teaching style. He definitely knows his stuff about singing, and the more that he works with a student (like myself), he is able to find the root of some of the quirks that one may have and iron out the kinks. If you some kind of a performance, he is more than willing to help in any way he can, and if you don't have much but still want to learn to improve, he can help you learn that. From music theory, diction, technique, whatever you want, he will answer it, or go looking for the answer himself. Great confidence booster. 5/5 flat out.
I honestly couldn't be happier. The individual instruction is so amazing. There are group sessions once a month that are beneficial for performers. My son is so motivated now! The teacher lets me sit in on the lessons and I'm so impressed!
Matt is very good at adapting the lesson to the learner. He is professional, personable and knowledgable. Recommended!

We at Bentley & Romito Music believe that music should be fun and educational. Students learn how to read music and are taught music theory. They can also learn their favorite songs as well as how to "jam." Students are taught how to improvise and are encouraged to be creative. Each student also has a chance to play at a number of recitals over the course of the year.
I teach children and adults guitar, rhythm and lead plus bass guitar. I can also teach some beginner piano and singing lessons.
I teach multi-layers of guitar techniques, ideally suited for singers and songwriters. I teach rhythm, finger picking, and soloing. I use a variety of styles such as folk rock, blues, country, Latin, bossa, jazz, funk, etc. to add variety to my songwriting, and I'd love to share this with the right student(s).
Private lessons are offered on piano, voice, violin, viola and cello. Rates vary according to the enrollment level. Volume discounts for siblings and longer lessons are available.
