I had 4 staff members (2 bartenders and 2 wait staff) for my wedding on 8/18 and they were phenomenal! We created a day-of itinerary for them, but they went above and beyond throughout the day. I always saw them working and being very pleasant with all of our guests. Our tables were always clean, and the drinks were perfect. We gave them a long list of to-dos, which included setting up our wedding cake and cupcake display even, and they did it perfectly and with minimal guidance. At one point, I even remember standing in our loft while guests were doing a line dance and I noticed a cupcake tier was wobbling like crazy. Before I could do anything about it, I immediately noticed that one of the staff members moved it around and redistributed the weight so that it was sturdy. Great services, would highly, highly recommend!

Michael is a great hospitality professional whose talent I had the pleasure of experiencing on two separate occasions. We hired Michael for our wedding on a boat on Hudson River. The party was spectacular from organization, to service staff to food and presentation. Michael handled every aspect of the wedding. He hired all necessary staff and made sure everyone was experienced and qualified to handle their assignments. Everything ran smoothly and the sequence of the event was followed thoroughly. The food was superb and was presented tastefully and with style. My guests, my parents and me and my husband were extremely happy. The second time I met Michael was at a private party where I was a guest. I had no doubt that everything would be excellent again as it was. Michael is an outstanding chef who can easily handle any high end party of small and large scale. I highly recommend him and his company as he will make sure you get the experience of your life.

The beautiful personal touches that Heidi left on my memories can't be counted. She went above and beyond just designing my bouquet and wedding flowers. Her manor is professional, caring and very thoughtful. She helped me create every little detail of my wedding. I asked so much of her and she would always go out of her way for me. She made me feel so special. Her work is unique and just exquisite. She was more than just my florist for my wedding. She was and is my friend. I received so many wonderful compliments on my wedding flowers. Believe when Heidi says "Trust Me..." God has touched her hands she makes magic with flowers.

I am Sidney McDonald. I am one of Rae Colemans very satisfied vendors. I am happy to be on her vendor lists. Rae plans her events with great attention to detail. That eliminates those last second emergencies & hassles. Her lists of venues is to be quite inclusive. She seems to know where excellent venues are anywhere in Allegheny County. Not only that, but many of these venues have outstanding relations with her. She seems to have preferred status with most of them.Other than the venues themselves, I have always marveled at just how Rae is able to express and interpret her clients wishes and hopes into realities that are often so visually spectacular. I ALWAYS take photos when I am a vendor at her events. Everyone of them are simply unique and special. She is not one of those cookie cutter event planners. Raes clients certainly get their moneys worth. I have yet to hear any grumbling at any of her events. And I have been to many of them. She seems to keep them very satisfied with her presentations, as well as her attention to their wishes.Most importantly though, when you sit with Rae to plan an event. . . She listens. She tries to do what is the best way to give you just what you want. Her events become the actualization of those wants. And that makes each one unique and exciting. This makes for memorable events, which we vendors love to be a part of.Lastly, her potential clients should know that Rae has followers. There are those of us who just love to support her events. We are all proud to give her the benefits of our word of mouth promotions during the course of our activities. I am a great believer in Rae Coleman and her Enhanced Creativity Event Planning. She is truly one of the best at what she does. Shes a 5-Star event promoter.

I had the pleasure of working with Kathy, during the planning and the day of my wedding. She was with Levy Restaurants and worked at PNC Park, at that time. During the planning phases of our special day, she was able to accommodate my busy schedule and was always available when I needed something. Kathy is a very organized event planner, who is in tune with what someone is looking for, in creating and executing their special event. If anything went wrong the day of our wedding, I had no idea, as she fixed any issues that may have occurred before I knew about it. I feel very confident in recommending her to anyone out there looking to plan a small or large special event.

Lauren and Melissa were so wonderful to work with. From the very beginning, I knew that decor and craftiness were not my strengths and I was looking for someone to take on that aspect of the wedding planning in order to alleviate stress from me. Honestly, hiring this team was the best decision I made. They were extremely responsive, kind and had fantastic ideas. I had a very specific vision and budget for the wedding, but had no idea how to pull it off without breaking the bank. They stepped in and covered all things floral, lighting and design so that I didn't have to. It was well worth the money. In the end, the wedding was GORGEOUS, rang so true to the vibe of me and my husband, and we had hundreds of compliments from our guests about the "coolest" wedding they'd ever attended. Any last minute snags on the wedding day, they jumped to taking care of it for me so I didn't have stress out. It couldn't have gone any better than it did. So grateful for them!

Lawrence and I are so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with Magan with Blue Forest Studios. Magan and her team were extremely professional and provided quality customer service. They went above and beyond to make my wedding everything I dreamt it would be. We called only 9-weeks from the wedding we had nothing... no decorations, linen, flowers, favors, or any vendors for the ceremony and reception. When I called Magan I was a mess. She was so calm and collected, came in and saved our wedding! All our family and friends complimented how beautiful it was. Blue Forest Studios really put us at ease and made us feel genuine. Heather was hired as our Wedding Planner. She did an excellent job at making phone calls in regards to the catering, Officient, and Hall. She kept me calm throughout the whole process..She also helped with photography, setting up decorations, creating a color scheme for the entire wedding and being a very good friend.

Christa seriously helped keep my fiance and I sane during our 4 month engagement. We had a very short period of time to get everything together before we were moving out of state and she helped with everything from vendor recommendations (which were picked to perfection when it came to meeting our budget) to taking care of all of the set up and tear down. She always was able to fix things when they weren't going our way and the day of the event went sooo smoothly. It was a blur to us but we had quite a few guests tell us it was the best wedding they've ever been to which was a huge complement! We highly recommend her and she is incredibly well priced even though her help is seriously invaluable. Thank you!

From the moment I contacted Monica until the day of my niece's wedding she was on top of things. I gave her very little time to pull it all together like one day shy of 3 weeks! However, she eagerly accepted the challenge. She's very organized and her primary goal is to make the brides dreams and expectations come true. It's all about them and what they want and she definitely gives it her all along with soothing any anxiety that you may be experiencing. I had the opportunity to see the banquet room before Monica began decorating. The tables were set and it looked nice but plain. After the ceremony I went back to the room and what I saw was amazing! It was like walking into a fairytale! Beautiful, elegant, magical, romantic; I can't find enough words to describe what she did to transform this room. Everything from the hallway entrance to the bridal, gift, cake, memory, cookie, and guest tables were transformed from drab to elegant!! The look on Jessa's face when she walked in was nothing short of amazement! Monica you went above and beyond exceeding my expectations. I never dreamed it would be so wonderful! If you want perfection and a total transformation, you need to use Monica for your event. She's very passionate about her work and is a perfectionist. She's able to improvise and turn something simple into a vision of beauty. I can't thank you enough Monica for what you have done for us.
