Glock kept the information real. No sugar coating, he gave real life experiences to the conversation and taught in a conversational way. It was a change from how this subject matter has been taught in the past. He was very refreshing.

Glock is an excellent instructor that provides "real world" CPR instruction in the classroom. There need to be more instructors that implement "real world" experience into their training. In an emergency, you are not reliant on numbers in a book but instead on how you are going to save a life! Glock ensured that we understood all CPR/First Aid measures with hands-on learning with sanitized models. My group feels confident in their abilities to perform CPR or take any First Aid action. I highly recommend Glock to anyone looking to train a group, etc.

Gerard was prompt with communications and very accommodating. Especially since our office is going through extensive renovations! Gerard "keeps it real"....and has real-life experiences and examples to back up CPR/First Aide training, which can at times be very mundane. I find that trainers who give you the good, bad and the ugly - along with some humor, are the most engaging and Gerard fit that bill! Thanks Gerard!

Glock was fantastic! He accommodated a private lesson for myself and my husband even though we live about an hour away. We wanted to learn adult and infant CPR to prepare for the upcoming birth of our baby. Glock was both informative and very entertaining with a great sense of humor.
