We have gotten stains out of carpet that people were about to replace and we have lifted up carpet pile as if it's like new. We never give up! I like the fact that my company of very well trained technicians can go out to a job and know exactly what needs to be done. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing system is pretty cut and dry. We charge by rooms and stains for carpet cleaning. Steps are additional at $2.50 per step. As for commercial cleaning accounts a walk through is required to see size of building and areas needing cleaned and how often. Tile and grout and hardwood also are different depending on the size and severity of the job but I assure you any job will be done to satisfaction of 100% and nothing less of that because thats what we strive for in our compnay. We do sometimes offer specials as well so ask about them if you call.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are always looking for classes to attend on stains, spotting and new floor care as well as new products being used. we attend classes as we find them bc we need to keep up with the latest that becomes available. We strive to make our company the very best it can be.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love to make peoples carpets and floors look like new again. Everyone usually thinks their carpet is ruined but really it just needs a real good cleaning and thats what our new system does. People cannot believe what this system does. We have saved numerous carpets for apartment complexes and have made many residential customers happy with the outcome. It's just simply amazing what this can do. Give us a try and you too will be amazed i assure you of that. That's what I love bc when I put a smile on your face it's all worth it.
