- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rates start at $65.00/hour. These rates are for editing, writing and ghostwriting, it all depends on the nature of the project. For example, some material can be edited at about 8-10 pages per hour. Other projects such as scripts require a custom rate plan. Most important is the value of my work, not merely the time it takes. Discounts are always offered in January, June, September and during the Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday weeks. A full rate sheet is available upon request.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When possible, I like an initial face-to-face meeting. This gives me a chance to find out about my clients, get to know them a little and invite them to get to know me and my work. If that's not possible, we take advantage of whatever technology is most convenient and proceed from there. It could be a phone call, a Google Hangout or some other conferencing media. This will enable me to learn about my clients' needs and understand their goals and build a good working relationship and a plan together.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a graduate of one of the top universities training minds in the Arts and Humanities – Washington University, St. Louis, MO. My training is in English, French and Italian as well as Modern History. I have worked and trained in writing, teaching, editing, translation, acting and directing. I also training and have experience in sales and advertising.
