Interviewed for SAP in 1996 by responding to a newspaper add and got the job. Have been working with SAP ever since and I LOVE IT!!! I love the challenges SAP offers. The software is always changing
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Don;t limit yourself to a BIG company or one that advertises the best. Always be open to individual and independent consulting. You will most likely find the best support when not limiting your options to only one or a few avenues. There are a lot of good SAP Payroll consultants but the best resources are typically not tied to a BIG named company. They may work through them from time to time but or usually not a regular employee of that company. Just be open to Independent contractors in addition to the companies you usually work with
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I have been providing excellent SAP Payroll and HR support for over 18 years. I am very easy to work with and very flexible. Even though a advertise that my specialty is Payroll and Time Management I have provided detailed and extensive support in other areas of SAP such as Benefits, Organizational Management (OM), Personnel Administration (PA), Security, ABAP debugging, Project Management, Training, etc. I was a Director of IT for the group that primarily but not limited to the support of Business Applications (mostly SAP solutions). I also was the Manager of the Center of Excellence (COE group) for the SAP HR & Payroll solutions as a Public Sector, Highly secured company. I have a Secret Clearance.
