Having Chris for a trainer changed my life. Chris is very supportive. He is very knowledgeable in all aspects of training and nutrition. If you are dedicated Chris is 10x more dedicated. I highly recommend him
I would definately recommend Terrell to everyone. He is reasonable priced, very knowledgable, and very flexible. He was able to accommodate my schedule with work and two small children, with no problems at all. I have been seeing Terrell 2-3 times a week for the last two months, and can really see and feel a difference in my body. He has helped me increase my strength training and really taught me how to maximize my workouts. I hope to continue my time with him and really transform myself physically.

Terry is an amazing personal trainer that knows everything there is to know to get your body where you want it to be. He is very flexible with time, very involved with his clients, and always teaching you new things in the gym. Terry also can prepare custom diets for you. I have learned so much from his training sessions and he has taken my body to a new level. You dont want to miss out on his training. He is the best.

I've been working with Staci for about 3 months now, and it's been going great! I definitely notice a difference and an increase in the amount I'm able to lift, and she has been able to push me to increase a little bit each week. She keeps it interesting, and is very good at documenting each workout in detail!

I am a 58 year old woman and have been exercising for many years, a lot of the times not getting the results I wanted or needed. I started going to Bev for her help. She is an excellant trainer, effective communicator, great one on one support.She gets down to the basics and shows you the correct way to do an exercise and then has you do them with her and by yourself. Help with what to eat and not to eat, without making you feel bad or discouraged. I highly recommend her for a personal trainer, she educates you at the same time as to why we perform an exercise or routine and the benefits of that exercise. Great personality. Stays in touch with me on a regular basis to see how I am doing. I know if I need her she will be there for me.
Working with Jason is rewarding. The workouts are never the same and always a challenge. He analyses your fitness level and works with you to keep improving. I have worked with other trainers that pushed too hard at the beginning and I would never follow through, Jason works you hard don't get me wrong, but not to the point of not wanting to return.

Sam's awesome. I felt extremely comfortable working out with her, she knew what she was doing and wasn't afraid to push me. Working out was something I looked forward to because of her. Since moving to NY I haven't found anyone like her. HIGHLY recommend. And btw I'm a model and had a huge casting/booking I was training with her for AND I BOOKED IT. So thanks to her I was in shape and ready for what I needed.
Nicole provided me an excellent half hour introductory training session. She listened to my expectations and concerns, put me thru some appropriate beginner drills, and provided encouragement. She knows her stuff and I am looking forward to my next session.

I had trained for 6 years with numerous trainers before I started training with Dan. I could not do even 1 pull up. After a few months working with Dan, I was able to do 7 pull ups! He knows how to get your body where you want it to be. You Will gain strength and have a better body. I am a male in my late 50's and he was able to give me the stronger body I had hoped for. If he can do that for me, imagine what he can do for you? I have also seen the great results he has had with young athletes. If you are looking to have a better, stronger body, I highly recommend working with Dan!
I worked with Jon-Michael for a 5-day private training intensive before the holidays. He helped not only jumpstart my new year fitness plans but also provided education on how to approach my specific goals and how to progress after our private sessions.
I'm a lifelong student of Yoga and have not considered any other form of exercise until I started having severe pain issues in one of my hips. It all came down to needing strength training and breaking through habits I'd made in my body over the years with Yoga, age, childbirth etc. If I do what Aaron says, I'm completely pain free. If I quit, the pain returns. He lets me complain in the unfamiliarity that is the gym, challenges me, but also respects my max. Being pain free is a priceless gift.
Great Staff. They really look at your form while your training. People that go the gym are really friendly and not pretentious. Owners are approachable and accessible. Thanks for making working out less of a chore.
I liked the indivivdual one-on-one training session with Garret. He is very knowledgeable and explains how the training works and how to get the most out of it. I especially appreciate him being able to,accommodate my work schedule.
Rob was very knowledgeable, patient, and kind to me during our workout session. He understood that I was not a fan of exercise,I expressed to him that it was something I needed to do to lose weight and feel healthier! He showed me a few different routines and one was actually really fun. There was one that used something called a Bosu, which really challenged me to stay balanced and burned lots of calories in the process After our sessions were done, we set up a routine that I could easily do in my home and that fit in my schedule. Now I feel confident that I can carry out our exercise plan and work towards my fitness goals. I highly recommend Rob as a personal trainer!
