- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do charge a 3% processing fee when it comes to credit cards.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come up with menu ideas and if we agree on it we will then meet in person sign a contract and collect a deposit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am servsafe certified as well as a LLC. I have taken culinary arts in high school and worked through corporate chain restaurants as well as a main line pub.
