Introduction: I know I'm a great trainer, but I feel that my boxing experience sets me apart from the rest. I also offer Self-defense to women and kids.. Being able to help others who need it. Training with Mike is insane. He knows what to have you do and don't do depending on what your goals are. The fact that he travels to you makes it all the better!!!

All my sessions with Mike were awesome. He knows what he is doing and pushes you but never makes you feel uncomfortable. I actually look forward to working out with Mike. I definitely recommend Mike and he brings everything to you in your home!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we meet and discuss their goals and I answer any questions they might have.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
10+ years boxing experience. Certified through ISSA for Personal Training/Self-defense and Strength and Conditioning certified.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I figured that a lot of people want to workout, but does not necessarily have the time. Especially if they have kids, which makes it extremely difficult. So I figured, I'll bring the gym to them, which should definitely help a lot.
