Introduction: We provide services which include development of real estate rental properties, property management, and historic real estate rehabilitation through limited and general partnerships. The projects we have undertaken include rehabilitation of existing buildings, and financing the purchase of new projects. Duties as a property manager include financial operations of the property, rent collection, paying mortgages, taxes, insurance premiums, payroll, and maintenance bills. We have great negotiation skills, excellent interpersonal capabilities, and an ability to analyze data in order to assess the fair market value of a property or its development potential. We perform all accounting functions, preparation of payroll, and bookkeeping.
