- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are so many things in my industry that goes into pricing a clients needs. I take a great deal of pride in being a reliable contractor you can trust. My company is set up for many different situations tailored to your project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I tell new clients to know what they want going in. Typically, I wanna hear a wish list, and then a budget. My job is to not push you into what you don’t want. My job is to get what you want for a price you can rely on. You are not just another job to me, but rather an experience you would be happy to share with everyone you know. My referral rate is very high because I aim to do what I can for my clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a second generation contractor that inherited this knowledge. I have worked on very expensive projects and built many homes. I am also age friendly at 36 years of age. I have over 100 suppliers and have access to many options that can make my clients dreams realities! I am trained and up to date with all the latest styles, trends, and techniques.
