I contacted Best Wash a day prior to our blizzard of 2016. I asked for service at 8am on Sunday. I was told they weren't sure they could get here that early, but it would be sometime that morning! Great, my husband was in Baltimore and I am pregnant, not a great combination for shoving snow. Our 10-12" changed overnight to 36". Yep, I get it, way too much snow. They were asked to come off the roads for safety, completely agree! I was still good with everything. I would contact them through thumb tack and have a response to my questions asking when they would be here, or have any updates. I always got an answer within 20 min. Much quicker than calling, and I was messaging them at 11pm. So great service there. Finally Saturday night (10pm) I was told they would be at my house between 5am and 11am on sunday. 12 comes around and my husband is home, but we have three feet of snow in the driveway, he calls, and is told they can't get to us until Thursday! And that residential customers were moved to the end of the list!!! Had it not been for this last bit of information I would have rated themail higher. Rick was great at keeping me updated and informed on what was happening. However to learn that the residential customers were no longer a priority, made me upset. I may try them again next year, but not during a blizzard.
