What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge by a 65 character line which is the normal industry standard developed by the American Association of Medical Transcriptionists and follow the Book of Style for proper formatting and uniformity in patient encounter documentation.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To get format samples so we can duplicate them and any other samples helpful to learn the needs of the client.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Many hospitals, physician office groups, oncology centers, psychologists, sleep studies, urologist. We are equipped to handle any medical specialty and/or acute care facility.
