- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
First off, I'm proud to offer a 10% discount on labor for any uniform wearing member of the United states, from state healthcare workers to police and service members. Do not hesitate to ask me about this offer or if you're eligible! Pricing is all dependent on the scope of work. I illustrate everything in the proposal and supply change orders for any work that gets added or removed from a contract.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once I receive or find your project, I typically try to reply as soon as possible to create a rapport and find out more details about what work you need done. I find the best method to doing this is to talk via the phone and then set up a time to meet in person to go over it further and look at the area that needs services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in the construction field for almost 10 years, with a heavy specialty in finish carpentry.
