- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The most important thing I’d like customers to know about my pricing is that I always try to make my prices fair. Sometimes I’m gonna be more expensive while other times I may be the cheapest. But the bottom line is I am always fair and will bend over backwards to make the customer happy.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is to do my best to make sure that the customer feels confident, safe and secure that the job will be done right and that I have answered all of their questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Lots and lots of technical training schools plus a ton of hands on experience
