If you have a specific challenge or just want a little extra attention, Maryanne can put together a personal program that fits you and your dog.
Along with basic obedience, Maryanne can help you solve behavioral problems like:
* Bad manners, such as jumping up, nipping and biting, walking on a leash, and self-control
* Socialization challenges, like house breaking, meeting new people or dogs, being handled, and guarding food or toys
* Behavior modification, such as barking, digging, anxiety, and aggression
Maryanne is a certified dog trainer and is also certified in pet CPR by the American Red Cross and a full member of the Association of Pet Dog Trainers (ADPT) and the Pet Professionals Guild.

Group Classes
Maryanne works with the wonderful certified dog trainers at The Pet Campus in Bucks County, PA. The training curriculum includes group sessions for your new puppy with Puppy Kindergarten, your adolescent dog who may need some help getting through her "terrible teens" with Taming the Teen, to special behavioral needs like confidence and leadership classes. Maryanne trained my dog when she was a puppy. she is awesome!! i have a lab so she is very playful and likes to jump a lot. Maryanne trained her to listen and play nicely :-)

Being a dog sitter I run into many unique personalities and am always reaching out to Maryanne for her expert advice. When she enters the room all dog eyes are on her - It's like, "Look the trainer lady is here, lets see who can impress her the most".

I had a lot of options for training my puppy Larry. So many training schools believe their methods are the best and will try to sell you everything. From the first time I spoke with Maryanne I knew my puppy was going to be trained well but in the most humane, positive, and capable environment. Maryanne takes the time to work her puppy parents and lends so much insight and knowledge to dog training. If you have the opportunity to work with Maryanne or attend classes with The Proper Pup, know your dog is in the best hands out there! If I could give them 20 stars I would.
