For my wife’s landmark birthday, I hired Simona to teach while cooking an Asian style meal. The menu was finalized in a conversation between my wife and Simona, who provided the ingredients and virtually all the necessary utensils. Under her supervision, my wife and daughter made a variety of dumplings, fried and steamed. They also participated in the preparation of ahi tuna, black rice, bok choi, and an amazing salad (based on the ginger salad from our favorite restaurant which, sadly, has closed). My wife is still talking about the meal and the skills she learned. Everything was delicious. Simona cleaned up. A good time was had by all. We even had enough leftovers to eat the same meal for dinner the next night, which no one minded a bit as it was still luscious.

Simona hosted a virtual cooking event for my organization. I received amazing feedback re the event and many people shared pictures of their dish afterwards. The recipes were easy to follow and delicious.
