This was our first experience using a catering service. My wife and I are both excellent cooks and party planners, but this was our 40th Wedding Anniversary celebration and using Provence was our gift to ourselves. Michael, Chef Pamela and the crew totally exceeded our expectations - from detailed planning to including a couple of our own favorite recipes, to beautiful presentation and caring service, to a total post-party cleanup - they even took all the trash with them! For our next party, we will absolutely use Provence Catering. I recommend them without hesitation!
