We couldn’t be happier with Brian and his team. He was extremely responsive and also provided an extremely fair price for the project. We had a mud pit beneath our deck which didn’t have much clearance below. So they were able to grade the dirt and cover with river rock. The communication was outstanding and the execution exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Hawtin Family Lawncare for your landscaping needs.

Horrible landscaping! Do not hire these people. They installed brown, dry, dead sod at my home and then disappeared. No integrity, no consideration, no business ethics. They took the money and ran. Don’t throw your money away! Brian came out and installed sod in the front yard. 1/3 of the sod was brown and matted the day he installed it. He assured me that the grass was dead and would soon return to green and healthy grass soon after watering. After 8 weeks the grass remains brown and dead. I contacted Brian to complain and he said that he’d replace the dead sod. However it’s been several weeks since I reached out and still the dead sod remains. I’ve called and text several times to get the sod replaced. However my calls aren’t answered or returned and I’m certain he has no plans to replace the dead sod he installed.

Rescheduled appointment by owner multiple times & then no show for estimate rescheduled by owner. No response. Just ignored messages and didn’t show up. After THEY rescheduled multiple times and settled at this particular time/date. No running late text or apology, just cleared my schedule for someone to come out that never showed up. Very disappointed.

This was honestly one of the best experiences I've ever had with a contractor. They were quick to respond to my request, and answered all my questions leading up to the project (and the questions I've had since they finished). Their quote came in a good bit lower than other ones I received, and the quality of the work they did was top notch. The project was done in the time frame they said, and they even worked through rain to get it done. I wish I had grabbed pictures of the yard before hand, because all the snow this winter had turned it into one big mud pit. It looks incredible now. I can't recommend Hawtin Family Lawn Care enough.
