Introduction: Vynex Window Systems Inc. has been a Pittsburgh-based window manufacturer since 1975. We manufacture all of our windows in our facility in North Versailles, PA. With no middle man, our prices beat every large and small retail brand. We do not use gimmicks to sell our products; instead we offer a lifetime warranty of all of the windows we sell. (warranty is transferrable) Being one one of the only manufacturers of windows in Pennsylvania, we have more knowledge and capability to repair windows. Fogged glass, windows not staying up, parts, service, etc. Vynex provides an atmosphere of a family work environment. Everyone contributes equally to make the process flow smoothly. Everyone that is currently working as a Vynex employee has been with the organization for years. Vynex also has a great reputation throughout the Western Pennsylvania Area and beyond, creating a base of loyal customers.

Highly recommend this company! We had a previous window company that never finished the capping of a window. We called a few other companies to help us finish off the capping but no other company would take us on without selling us a whole new window. When we called Vynex we spoke to Anna who helped us without trying to sell us anything more than we needed. Frank came out to our house and quickly capped the window with no fuss or issue. It was such a relief to deal with an honest company and people who saw our situation and were willing to help us. I would highly recommend this company to anyone! They gave some desperate homeowners true piece of mind and never tried to take advantage of our situation like so many others had.

I am sure the owner will be happy that the issues I had with them were worked out. I finally heard from the worker, who does the work. He came the next day, brought several workers with him, and, what happened in a short time was nothing short of amazing! They came, were polite, knew exactly what they were doing, and did it! In two hours time they went above and beyond anything I could have expected. Great results!! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone I know. They were neat and cleaned up small messes that were created by the work. They also put down drop cloths over my carpet so they wouldn't track any dirt into the house. Perfect ! Thank You Vynex!!! A job well done by your Staff!! Please give this to Frank! I told him I would write a glowing report!!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
As a Pittsburgh-based business, it is flattering to have out of state customers continually buy from you. A contractor for New Jersey just recently ordered 40 windows from Vynex and we delivered the to the beautiful job sit. It is a residential build that was gorgeous and we were very glad to be a part of the process.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Knowledge is power. Ask to see the extrusions (most company's will not show this to you). Check to see what type of warranty they are offering with the windows.
