Introduction: We are a small business established in 2001. We are 11 years old. We understand and work with other small business owners to design a large presence on the World Wide Web. We also specialize in photo editing, restoration and optimization. Our website design rate is $500.00 for a 5-page website. This includes Search Engine Optimization (SEO) at no extra charge. This will get your webpage ranking on the top of both Google and Yahoo. The cost also includes a contact form that will send a thank you page to the sender and an email to you. Deb designed and created my website in a professional and timely manner. When looking for suggestions on the best way to layout information and what key points to include she was very knowledgable and creative in incorporating my ideas along with her suggestions. One key factor why I chose Deb was that she provides one on one service. I didn't want to deal with a large company where my site was "just another site". Deb is a great website designer. I have had 3 website prior to finding her services and none of them worked. She provided me with knowledge of how websites and search engine optimization works. Deb worked very hard to make sure that my website was on the first two pages. Also, she save me money and headaches because she provided me with earthlink and network solutions for my domain name and email. I urge everyone who is looking to start a small business to contact Deb Phillips Web services. Also, she is really good at helping you with advertising because she does brochures, business card, and letterheads. Deb creates websites from scratch which are not templates from big companies. Shes affordable and professional. If youre a small business, Deb is the person who will go to bat for you.

Now you at least know the honest truth about the cost of web services. Many of these large companies play on the fact that most people like you have no clue what the charges for web services should really cost. MOST companies are very overinflated in their charges for the time that it takes to create the website and even maintain the website. Especially if they are using templates like WordPress & WIX and no programming skills are even needed. I look forward to helping you with your brochures & business cards and you already know that my charges for these services is also very fair.

First and foremost, Deb is probably the nicest and most down-to-earth web developer you will ever meet. She will do whatever it takes to make you happy with your web presence. Her fees are beyond reasonable for what she does. I got a fancy website from a "new kid on the block" that cost me a fortune and NOBODY saw. He wanted another fortune to get it seen. At that point, I'd had enough, so I searched out someone else to handle the SEO. I can't believe how lucky I was to find Deb. She helped me develop an all new website that tops the search engines within a few weeks, and for about 10% of what the other guy did. IF ONLY I'D FOUND HER FIRST, I could have traveled to Africa on the money I would have saved! Call Deb. You'll be glad you did. I am!

If you want a "billboard" for a website, any webmaster can do it. But our new site was very complex, with customer/ site interactions at 3 locations; password restricted private section, Affirmation submission section, and Paypal product purchase section. In addition, an extensive Photo Gallery section was constructed. Deb organized the site in logical order, added her very pleasing artistic display, and made navigation around the site very simple and easy for the user. Her attention to detail is almost OCD. She was very easy to work with, responsive to our message needs with helpful suggestions, and right on time as promised with the work done. Her charges were very reasonable, esp. considering her experience and expertise. Unequivically recommended!
