Dean and his son were very nice to deal with. Even though they do not usually take computers in on Saturday's they did it for us. Unfortunately our computer hard drive was beyond repair.

Because of the urgency in getting my laptop fixed, I had been calling all over for 2 days looking for a place to go; after a conversation with Dean, the owner, I found myself traveling in the storm (literally). Dean & his son, Chris (as well as Chris' wife) are very pleasant, appear to be honest (when compared to other places called prior to finding them), and fees for service are great! I highly recommend Alexander's Computer Service!
