- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is always done with a free estimate on a per job basis. Some are fee based and some are hourly. I will decide the best way for everyone in that case.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common types of jobs that I have been asked to do are helping clients pull it all together and not letting them make costly mistakes...we shop together in all their favorite stores or I will do it for them with my sources. I can plan color schemes and design the floral arrangements and decor of events or residential spaces.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Don't be afraid to ask about hidden fees and ask for everything in writing. Always know what quality you are comparing in price...you get what you pay for...you should be getting the best quality that you can afford and no surprises in the end.
